Description:

Let Jesus’s life come alive with this new graphic novel. Starting with His birth and leading up through the great miracles He performed, this graphic novel features comic-style illustrations and a simple text that’s both appealing and engaging to teens.

My thoughts:

I love the idea of books like these; graphic novels to get a very important message across. I think for boys especially this type of book will really grab their attention and teach them the most important thing they could ever learn.

This book is volume 1 and there are more after.  And other stories like this.

I would say this is geared toward upper elementary age or middle school. There is some verbiage that would need to be discussed. Mary states plainly that she is a virgin. So unless you’re ready to have that conversation with your child you might want to wait until he or she is a bit older and they understand what that means.

As a mom to a boy I am very excited about these books and can’t wait until my son is a bit older. I think these are books that will connect with him and he will enjoy.

Grab your copy at Amazon, Barnes and Noble or Christianbook.com.

A copy of this book was given to me in exchange for an honest review.
